Lua migration

I’d like for {{ItemLink}} to be changed to use {{#invoke:ItemLink|main}} for the reasons explained in w:c:Dev:Lua templating/Converting Wikitext templates.

I have created a sandbox page that demonstrates the viability of Module:ItemLink.
